KC Chiefs Vs Oakland Raiders: Rating the Match-Ups
The KC Chiefs are coming off an early bye week and now will head to the Black Hole to face the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders have only lost one game and are a tougher team than Chiefs fans have grown accustom to.
Welcome back to football, Chiefs fans! After a long week off to sit and think about the embarrassing loss that was Sunday Night Football in Pittsburgh, the Kansas City Chiefs get to hit the road yet again.
This time, the road will take them to sunny Oakland, California, where a match-up with the Raiders awaits.
In five weeks, the Raiders have churned out a 4-1 record, but they could easily be 1-4 or even winless. On the flip side though, they could also be undefeated at this point. But hey, it’s football!

The Raiders have won two games by ONE point. Their other two losses were also decided by seven points or less.
What does that mean here? Nothing really, other than that the Raiders haven’t put an enemy away during their streak. Maybe the Chiefs will be that team, maybe not.
The thing to know, however, is that this game is huge for both sides. If the Raiders win, they’ll be 5-1 and on pace to joust for the AFC West title with the Broncos. If the Chiefs win, they’re above .500 and getting some much needed momentum heading into an easy few weeks (hopefully).
So, yeah. Now let’s look at the match-ups. Maybe it’s because I’m down on the Chiefs right now, but Oakland should win the majority of these. Oops. Sorry, spoiler alert.
