Next up is a return trip to Florida, this time to take on the Dolphins in Miami. What will the Dolphins do at quarterback this year? That’s going to be interesting.

With possibly very little to no preseason activities, it would make some sense to “redshirt” quarterback Tua Tagovailoa in 2020. Regardless of who’s under center in Week 14, he’ll have his feet wet by the time the Chiefs arrive. Another winnable game, sure, but it almost seems like a trap game, as much as such a thing exists in professional football.

More from Kansas City Chiefs

Finally, the gauntlet ends with yet another road game, this time in New Orleans as the Chiefs square off against the Saints. This might be the NFL’s game of the year with Patrick Mahomes and Drew Brees dueling. Heck, this could even be a Super Bowl preview.

The Saints have been a solid, dangerous opponent for years now, and 2020 won’t change things. And by Week 15, Brees should have things down with his new No. 2 wide receiver, Emmanuel Sanders. The Chiefs are gonna have their hands full containing Sanders, Michael Thomas, and Alvin Kamara. If fans are in stadiums by this time, it’s going to be a raucous atmosphere.

Ultimately, the Kansas City Chiefs are going to have their hands full for their second half of the season, but definitely the five weeks after their Week 10 bye. Each of those five games is, of course, winnable, but with four of them on the road, it’s certainly going to test the Chiefs.

If we don’t know who the Kansas City Chiefs are going into Week 11, we’ll certainly know by the conclusion of Week 15.
