Kansas City Chiefs: 5 Things To Watch

#5: Don’t Play Down To The Opponent

Flat out, the Kansas City Chiefs are the better team in this game. It’s just a matter of coming out and playing like it. When the Chiefs are clicking on all cylinders, there might not be a team in the NFL that can keep up with them. Kansas City needs to carry their late season momentum into the postseason.

The low point of the 2017 season for Kansas City was a string of losses to teams we knew they should beat. Losing to the Giants, Bills, and Jets in consecutive weeks was rough. However, that should be completely behind the Chiefs at this point. The team we have seen over the last four weeks is playing much better.

As long as Kansas City comes out and plays the way we have seen them play through much of this season, they should win. The Chiefs are a team that can beat you in a variety of ways, and have the ability to run up the score. Andy Reid shouldn’t be shying away from that this week. Don’t be afraid to make this a statement game.
