The Kansas City Chiefs are looking to make some noise in the playoffs, and that starts with beating the Tennessee Titans this week at Arrowhead Stadium.

With the 2017 NFL regular season over with, it is time for the Kansas City Chiefs to turn their attention to the AFC Wild Card. The Chiefs will be playing host to the Tennessee Titans this week to kick off the postseason. Kansas City is heavily favored in this game, and the fan base is expecting a big win.

It has been an up and down season for Kansas City this year, but they ended it on a high note. The Chiefs won their last four games, including three straight against teams in the playoff hunt. That should give KC all the momentum and confidence they need coming into the postseason.

Their opponent is in a different boat. The Tennessee Titans dropped three of their last four games and have gone just 3-5 on the road this year. The Titans have some quality wins on their resume, but also quite a few terrible losses. It’s hard to get a read on what this team is about, but they have had their struggles.

Time To Get It Done

Everyone in Chiefs Kingdom is excited for the Kansas City Chiefs right now. However, that excitement can turn to anger real fast if this team doesn’t get the win on Saturday. Simply put, Chiefs fans are starving for a home playoff win (and even more). This team has the talent to get it done, they just need to go out and do it.

Andy Reid has just signed a five-year extension with Kansas City. However, that does not mean his job is 100% safe. We have seen Clark Hunt give into outside pressure before. If the Chiefs can’t get this win, you had better believe there will be some outside pressure.

Ultimately, the goal of this team is a Super Bowl. The expectations of the fan base is a Super Bowl. We are all on the same page as to where we want this to go. The Chiefs need to show us that they are the team we think they are. That starts Saturday against a Titans team they should be able to beat.
