Week 13 – Kansas City Chiefs at New York Jets

Sunday, December 3rd, 2017 (12:00 CST kickoff on CBS)

Out of all of the games on the schedule for 2017, this game against the New York Jets is one that I feel the most confident in the Chiefs winning. Yes, it’s on the road. Yes, it’s late in the season. But, it’s against the freaking Jets.

The New York Jets don’t have a set quarterback heading into training camp. Christian Hackenberg appears to be their best option to start and he’ll have beat out… wait for it… Josh McCown and Bryce Petty! Wow!

It doesn’t matter who the Jets start at quarterback or if their defense even somewhat shows up during this game… This should be a cakewalk for the Chiefs. I really only see the Jets winning one or two games all year and one of those few wins will not come against the Kansas City Chiefs.

If it does, then holy hell I’ll be depressed for awhile, especially if it ends up costing them a spot in the playoffs.

Prediction: Nothing to see here, folks. The Chiefs hit the ground running and run up the score on the Jets before taking out the starters in the fourth quarter. Will we see Patrick Mahomes in this game? Gasp! Maybe. 42-7, Chiefs.

Standout Player: Travis Kelce puts on his dancing shoes in this one. He finds the end zone twice and has over 100 yards receiving. Perhaps he’ll do the “Stanky Leg” in the end zone.
