Quarterback

Alex Smith or Brock Osweiler?

The quarterback position was the only advantage I didn’t have going Kansas City’s way last week, but it’s a different story in week two.

Osweiler had a nice game in his Texans debut, but it was against the Bears. The Bears are terrible.

For one, we’ve seen very little of Brock Osweiler in his four-year career. Second, DID YOU SEE ALEX SMITH LAST WEEK OH MY GOD.

Maybe I’m being too much of a fan girl, but Alex Smith was on fire last week. He put the Chiefs on his back and literally bulldozed his way to victory in the overtime thriller against the Chargers. The dude has been reinvented and has what it takes to take this team very far.

On the other side, we have Brock Lobster. Chiefs fans probably remember him playing for the Denver Broncos during the first four years of his career. He finally got a chance to play when Sheriff Manning struggled.

Osweiler had a nice game in his Texans debut, but it was against the Bears. The Bears are terrible (bear-ible). Let’s see how he plays against a playoff caliber team.

Advantage: Kansas City
