Kansas City Chiefs: 2016 NFL Draft Scouting Report Central
The Kansas City Chiefs hold the 28th overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. The team can go in several different directions with that first round pick.
The KC Chiefs are coming off of one of their most successful seasons in franchise history where they went 11-5 and finally won a playoff game. That success has fans even more excited for the NFL Draft this year. The Chiefs select fourth to last in the first round and it’s a huge question mark as to what position the team will use that pick on.
KC Kingdom has been writing up scouting reports for the college prospects all offseason long. From quarterbacks to defensive tackles, the scouting reports of the top 15 prospects are all available and more will be added as they’re written up.
Will the Chiefs decide to keep their defense as one of the best in the league by adding young talent? Will the Chiefs go with an offensive player in what seems to be a weaker offensive class talent wise?
The Chiefs really could go in any direction, which makes this year’s draft an even bigger event. They could find eventual replacements for key players like Alex Smith, Jamaal Charles, Derrick Johnson, Sean Smith, and Tamba Hali, or could opt to just add more depth on the roster.
