B. 6th round pick, 193rd overall. G. Kansas City Chiefs. ZACH FULTON

The Kansas City Chiefs have certainly had their issues on the offensive line. Rookie Zach Fulton has actually looked pretty decent on the right side of the line. Obviously a rookie starting on the offensive line is a tough task, so Fulton has really impressed me during the season so far.

It’s odd too because how many times do you see a sixth round selection start every game and not see a first round pick out there starting? It’s rare, but Fulton has turned out to be quite a steal in this year’s draft. If he continues to play as well as he has been so far, then Fulton could be a huge force on this Chiefs’ offensive line for many years to come.

N/A. 6th round pick, 200th overall. T. Kansas City Chiefs. LAURENT DUVERNAY-TARDIF

I’m intrigued by this guy, I really am, but he hasn’t been active for a regular season game yet. When the offensive line was struggling as bad as they were early on, I wouldn’t have been surprised if Laurent was thrown into a game just to see what he was capable of.

While I’m certainly not complaining that the offensive line looked MUCH BETTER in San Francisco, it likely means that Laurent won’t be getting any playing time this season (barring any injuries of course). Who knows though? Maybe the Chiefs will be in a situation late in the season where they can rest their starters and Laurent will get a chance to dress and play in a regular season game.
