The Chiefs put forth a great effort against a team that is good enough to get back to the Super Bowl.

Considering all the injuries and suspensions that they’re going through, the Chiefs didn’t lay down and let the Broncos steam roll them. This game certainly could have gotten out of hand but like I said in the beginning, they showed great resiliency and fight and had their opportunities to get this win.

Kansas City has a shot to take down the Dolphins next week on the road if they play with the same kind of fire they did yesterday. Miami dropped a stinker to the Buffalo Bills, giving up 39 points and only scoring 10 themselves. This is just one week removed from beating the New England Patriots.

More from Kansas City Chiefs

If the Chiefs can grab the next two wins, then all hope isn’t lost.

They get the Patriots at home on Monday Night Football which, because it’s at home, have a legitimate shot at getting that win. Grabbing two wins in-a-row could do wonders for this team moving forward but it all starts with them in Miami.

So, how do you guys feel about the Kansas City Chiefs report card? Was I too generous, and what would you grade each phase of the Chiefs yesterday?

Start the discussion below and as always, thanks for reading.
