The Kansas City Chiefs play in what should be one of the toughest divisions in 2016. What are the expectations for each team in the AFC West heading into the regular season?

The AFC West has belonged to the Denver Broncos over the past five years. Before that, it was the KC Chiefs in 2010 and the Chargers owned the division from 2006-2009.

This year should be interesting in the division, as it’s looking like it could be one of the most competitive divisions in all of the NFL in 2016.

The reasoning for that is that the Broncos are the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Chiefs are trending in the right direction, and the Raiders aren’t the typical Raiders anymore, at least they’re not thought to be.

It’s also not a safe bet to rule out the Chargers ,who have one of the best quarterbacks in all of football as their signal caller.

What is each team’s outlook in the AFC West for 2016? Let’s take a look.
