KC Chiefs who played well vs Browns – No. 2: Tyreek Hill

The Chiefs needed their playmakers to make plays and Tyreek Hill did just that. He finished the afternoon with eight grabs for 110 yards and had the game-sealing first down grab on 4th and 1. There was some hoopla during the game when it came to Hill and wide receivers coach Greg Lewis, as it looked like Hill shoved him before CBS cut to a commercial break, but it didn’t appear to be as big of a deal as people were making it out to be.

Getting back to Hill’s performance, however, he needed to have a big game and he delivered. Defenses try to game plan for stopping the Chiefs’ best wide receiver, but Hill continues to dominate in the playoffs, and let’s hope he can do so again when the Bills come to town next week.

KC Chiefs who played well vs Browns – No. 1: Travis Kelce

The No. 1 and No. 2 spots could have gone either way, but I went with Travis Kelce for the top spot simply because he found his way into the end zone. Kelce’s stats were similar to Hill’s, as he had eight grabs for 109 yards, but scored a touchdown in the first half.

As I mentioned in Hill’s entry, the Chiefs needed these two to come out swinging and they were dominant. Kelce is honestly playing the best he has in his entire career and he’s become a really good blocker despite what people like to say sometimes.

Henne needed both Hill and Kelce to be open and able to make plays and both guys were able to do that in the big spots. It’s no wonder why Kelce is the best tight end in the league and also why he’s a strong candidate to win Offensive Player of the Year.
