Week 2 – Kansas City Chiefs at Los Angeles Chargers (Cameron)

The Chargers are certainly salty at the Chiefs for finishing behind them in the division the last couple of years, and they will be relying on an old journeyman in Tyrod Taylor to try and strip the AFC West from the champs this year.

Los Angeles might have a new quarterback at the helm this year, but they still have really good weapons on offense that should be able to keep them in contention this year. The problem the Bolts have always had is that they struggle to stay healthy throughout the course of a season.

Even though the Chargers have a stacked defense with names like Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram, the Chargers won’t be able to stop the red hot Chiefs offense. Kansas City should have no problem rolling the Chargers in their new empty stadium.

Prediction: If the Chiefs defense can hold their own against an adequate Chargers running game, we all know the offensive side of the ball will make it rain. 28-17 Chiefs.

Player to Pop: It seems as though the last few games the Chargers have not been able to find an answer to Tyreek Hill and they won’t solve that problem only two weeks into the season. Expect the Cheetah to have a big game of at least 100 yards receiving and a couple of touchdowns.

RECORD: 2-0
