NUMBER 5 – WEEK 13 VS BALTIMORE RAVENS

Ahhh, week 13 against the Baltimore Ravens. A game that will be remembered for a long time by Chiefs Kingdom.

Baltimore’s defense handled Mahomes for most of the day, sacking him three times and limiting his production. He did throw for 377 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception when it was all said and done, but the game was tight throughout and his offensive line wasn’t doing him any favors that day.

What we’ll all remember this game for is the fourth quarter.

The Ravens led 24-17 and looked to be on their way to knocking off the Chiefs at home. With four minutes remaining in the game, Mahomes and company marched down the field and got his team into the end zone.

The Chiefs got a touchdown and tied it up and the game went to overtime. From there, Mahomes did enough to give Harrison Butker a chance to attempt the field goal, which he did and it ended up being the game winning score.

We’ll all remember this game for the no-look pass, but Mahomes’ ability to lead his team back, and to make some crazy fourth down conversions, was fun as hell to watch.
