SIT ‘EM – QB

Titans. Marcus Mariota. 1. player. 35. . Quarterback

Let’s just say it. Marcus Mariota hasn’t been very good this year. The former second overall pick has tossed for just 203 yards and two interceptions in two games this year. He has yet to find the end zone.

With all of that said, Mariota has a tough task ahead with the Philadelphia Eagles on tap in week four. Mariota is also a bit banged up still and likely wasn’t supposed to be thrown into action last week (thanks Blaine Gabbert). He did not fare well against a swarming Jags defense, but somehow his Titans prevailed.

This week is not a good match-up for Mariota. While I doubt fantasy owners are jumping to start him, it still needs to be reiterated. If Marcus Mariota continues to struggle as badly as he has so far, it might be worth seeking a trade or checking the waiver wire for another quarterback option. Just my two cents.
