START ‘EM – RB

. Running Back. Steelers. James Conner. 2. player. 55

There’s still no Le’Veon Bell in Pittsburgh and until he shows up, James Conner is the man to carry the rock for the Steelers. Conner didn’t look as good in week two, but the Steelers were playing from behind in the first quarter, so the offense became more one-dimensional.

Conner is still a must start in week three, as the Steelers will play a very bad Bucs defense on Monday Night Football. They’re especially vulnerable against running backs and that obviously bodes well for Conner and his fantasy owners.

So far, Tampa Bay has surrendered five touchdowns to running backs and are one of the worst defenses in the league. Conner has totaled 152 yards and three touchdowns on the ground in two games, but he’s also a threat in the passing game.

Through the air, Conner has totaled 48 yards on five receptions. He hasn’t found the end zone via a passing touchdown yet, but that could certainly happen against the Bucs defense. Keep Conner in your starting lineup.
