DENVER BRONCOS

WHY THEY WON’T WIN THE AFC WEST

We saw how badly the Broncos quarterback situation was last year and they did try to upgrade it this offseason. Denver signed Case Keenum to a three-year deal and while he had a great year last season, he’s been a journeyman for a reason.

Keenum is the type of quarterback where everything has to be perfect in order for him to succeed. The Vikings had one of the best defenses in the league and it also didn’t hurt that Keenum had Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs to throw to.

The Denver defense is good, but the wide receivers there aren’t on Diggs and Thielen level at all. Not to mention the Broncos offensive line is lousy so Keenum won’t have time to GET to his receivers.

Denver’s success this year will live and die by how Case Keenum performs. He was signed in Denver for a reason and those fans won’t put up with him being bad for long.

Oh, not to mention, Vance Joseph is their head coach and he showed us nothing in year one to have any confidence in him.
