FANTASY FOOTBALL DEEP SLEEPERS TO TARGET: NUMBER 13 – GERALD EVERETT

With how fiery the Rams offense was last year and all of the weapons they had at running back and wide receiver, it might be easy to overlook Gerald Everett. The tight end had just 16 receptions last year for 244 yards and two touchdowns.

Jared Goff likes to spread the ball around, meaning he’ll find Everett. The tight end is going to get chances to shine this year, even with a wide array of receiver talent around him. He averaged 15.3 yards per reception, showing that when Goff gets him the ball, special things can happen.

The Rams are one of those teams that a lot of people have Super Bowl predictions for this year and if Everett gets going, that could really push them over the edge. The 6’3″ tight end has to step it up a bit more this year and that should happen in 2018.

Now that the Rams offense has a year under their belts, look for Gerald Everett to be a bigger part of it.  Try adding him as a backup tight end.
