FANTASY FOOTBALL DEEP SLEEPERS TO TARGET: NUMBER 15 – JOHN ROSS

I can see why having John Ross on your fantasy team might seem perplexing to some, but it’d be incredibly difficult for him to have a worse season than he did as a rookie in 2017. Ross appeared in just three games last year and didn’t catch a single pass.

Instead, Ross had one carry for 12 yards. Not exactly the type of production the Bengals had in mind when they made John Ross the ninth overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Year two has to be better for Ross and if he and Andy Dalton can get on the same page, things could be really electric in Cincinnati. Ross is fast as hell, running a 4.22 40-yard dash in the Combine the year he was entering the draft.

Speed alone makes Ross an intriguing player. He’s not worth drafting, but if you see him on the waiver wire after either an injury or a disappointing player, he might be worth a pick-up.
