It still is weird to be recommending starting the Saints defense, but this is a brand new unit from what football fans have been used to seeing over these last few years. New Orleans’ defense, with Marshon Lattimore, Ken Crawley, Cameron Jordan, and heck, even Manti Te’o are making the Saints a force to be reckoned with.

It bodes well for New Orleans that they get to host the Josh McCown-Less Jets this weekend in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. While McCown wasn’t a superstar, he was doing decent things for the Jets, but now the green and white will be trotting out Bryce Petty to take on the Saints.

Bryce Petty is not Josh McCown. He’s not even Luke McCown. What I’m getting at here is that the Jets will have a tough time winning games with Petty taking the snaps.

New Orleans should get a few interceptions and hopefully a few sacks on the day as well. Who Dat!
