In years past, the Broncos defense has been the best in the league, but this year has been a different story. While Denver still has one of the better defenses, they had a few rough games and during that time, it was actually not too crazy of an idea to sit them.
This week, however, the Broncos should be back to being an elite unit. They showed they still had that quality last week, as they shutout the New York Jets, a team that had been pretty good offensively.
With the Colts having a joke of an offensive line, Von Miller and company should have no problem tearing through that front five and laying the smackdown on Jacoby Brissett. Brissett doesn’t throw a ton of interceptions, but the Broncos have a way with making quarterbacks look weak. This should be one of those performances.
