Jordan Howard struggled big time last week, but he should get back on track this week against the Saints. New Orleans’ defense has struggled against the run, getting shelled by Aaron Jones of the Packers last week.
The Bears offense had their fair share of troubles last week with Mitchell Trubisky only completing four passes (and attempting seven total), but the game plan should open up more this week. Howard is the ring leader for that. His 22 carries last week were only good for 35 yards, but Carolina’s defense is head and shoulders better than the Saints’.
While last week was a rough go of it for Howard, this match-up favors him big time. He’ll run amuck in the Big Easy against the Saints and fantasy owners will be rejoicing. Tarik Cohen is also worth a look here, if you have the Bears rookie on your team.
