Let’s talk stats

From the beginning of Hunt in a Kansas City Chiefs uniform, it was a given that he was a stat stuffer. Hunt’s rookie debut in Foxboro left fantasy football advocates drooling. After his three touchdown performance against the New England Patriots, Hunt set high expectations early, and has done more than fulfill those expectations.

Through five games Hunt produced a league high 609 rushing yards, with six touchdowns, off of 97 attempts.

“From the beginning of Hunt in a Kansas City Chiefs uniform, it was a given that he was a stat stuffer.”

As a rookie, these numbers are simply unheard of. Without Hunt in these contests, the Chiefs may not be the lone undefeated team in the

NFL. His stats are simply off the charts.

Perhaps,Hunt is the best player in the NFL? I’d believe it.

Names such as Leonard Fournette, Corey Davis, Mike Williams, Deshaun Watson, and others were favorite to lead the pack for Rookie of the Year, but, of course Hunt fought his way to the top. As of now, Hunt remains the favorite for rookie of the year, and perhaps Most Valuable Player of 2017.
