SIT ‘EM

54. . Running Back. Eagles. LeGarrette Blount. 2. player

This will not be a run heavy game (well, maybe by the quarterbacks) and as such, I’d keep LeGarrette Blount on the bench too. The Panthers held the Lions running backs in check last week, limiting them to just 50 yards total on the ground.

Blount hasn’t been the stud that we saw with the Patriots a year ago and has just one rushing touchdown so far this season. He had one great game, which came against the Chargers in week four, but otherwise, Blount has been just mediocre.

Putting a mediocre running back against this tough Panthers defensive front sounds like a very bad idea. Keep Blount on the bench if you have him and wait to see if you can pick up a different name for one of the later games.
