Well, here is the annual reminder to Kansas City Chiefs fans that we want absolutely nothing to do with Johnny Manziel. The NFL’s most famous train wreck has announced his plans to turn things around, and get back in the NFL. Of course, we go through this almost annually now. Meanwhile, we all just wait to see who makes this mistake.
Right off the bat, you have to remember that Johnny Manziel is still indefinitely suspended from the NFL. Whatever team signs him will likely have to wait quite a while before he can even play. On top of that, there have been no indications that Manziel has actually moved on from his partying lifestyle.
This doesn’t even get into the fact that Johnny Manziel has not been anything spectacular on the field. In his few appearances in an NFL game, Manziel has only had a smattering of success. Most of his performances have been uninspired, if not outright bad. This should be an easy one to say “no” to.
