Overall: My Take On The Game

This game was hard to watch from a Missouri Tigers fan point of view. The game seemed entertaining at first but became a horror show before halftime occurred.

The lack of offense, defense and special teams added up to a beat down to the hands of a team that replaced Missouri in the Big 12. The former SEC East Champions of 2014 seem long gone. Maybe I’m too mad due to last years epic failure of a season. Of course, one game doesn’t make a season.

I didn’t think Missouri would win this game anyway. The Tigers did show some life on offense but not enough to do much damage. The defense looked horrible and nowhere near where the unit was a season ago as one of the countries best defensive teams.

The Missouri Tigers have a lot of work to do before the next game against Eastern Michigan on September 10. If the Tigers can finish the season above .500 that’s a major victory for this team. I’ll be happy and not too surprised. Go get it Barry Odom and company.
