Fantasy Football Top 15 Deep Sleepers for 2016 –  Number 15: Spencer Ware

The Kansas City Chiefs have a trio of running backs on the team. This could cause you or someone in your league to stay away from said running back corp. This would be a huge mistake for the teams that miss out on Ware’s potential.

Stud running back, Jamaal Charles, has dealt with a bevy of injuries throughout his illustrious career. Also the KC Chiefs could ease him back into playing more and more as the season progresses in an attempt to keep him fresh and healthy for a playoff run.

Charles is coming off of his second recovery from a torn ACL. He suffered the injury in October so the Chiefs want to take it easy on Charles at the start of the season.

This could open the door for Spencer Ware. Fellow running back, Charcandrick West has dealt with a few nagging injuries during training camp and the preseason this year. He may or may not be 100 percent come September 11.

Spencer Ware put up a few huge point totals for his fantasy football owners last season. In fact, he had three games above the ten point mark and one game more than 20 points scored in a standard league.

Ware crushed San Diego on the road on game ten. He put up 22.10 fantasy points that day. He smashed through the end zone twice in the game. Ware racked up 96 rushing yards and five receiving yards for 101 all-purpose yards against the Chargers.

The good news is Ware takes on the Chargers in-game one of the regular season on September 11. By the way, it sounds like Joey Bosa won’t be there to stop Ware from wrecking the Chargers defense once again.
