Fantasy Football Rookies Number Four: Laquon Treadwell

Wide Receiver – Minnesota Vikings

Primary Target?:  The Vikings #1 receiving job is wide open, and first round pick Laquon Treadwell has just as good a shot at it as anyone on the roster.  Even if he doesn’t start the season as the primary target, there is a very good chance he will pick it up by the end of the season.  He’s definitely worth stashing on your depth chart.

Inconsistent Pass Game:  The Vikings are not a strong passing unit, and that doesn’t seem set to change.  Their offense moves through Adrian Peterson, and the Vikings have shown very little intent on changing that.

Draft Value – Eleventh Round:  There is still some uncertainty about what kind of fantasy value Treadwell will have, but at this point in the draft you should be looking to fill out your depth chart, and it’s unlikely you will have anyone available who is sure to be more valuable.
