No, its not 2007. Still, Palmer can throw the ball and he gets to face the only defense which allows an average of over 300 yards a game through the air. Although Palmer still throws too many interceptions, he is having a bit of a rejuvenation over the last couple of seasons. Look for him to really light things up the scoreboard against the Eagles this week. If you have any Arizona receivers, consider getting them into your line-up this week as well.
Palmer is certainly good enough to be at least a fantasy back- up. He should be the starter this week.
