The latest news concerning the KC Chiefs surrounds the analysis of the upcoming 2016 NFL Draft.

In this edition of  KC Chiefs news, writers around web are assessing the current roster of the KC Chiefs.

They are also determining how the KC Chiefs will improve said roster through the 2016 NFL Draft that is just about a month away.

In terms of roster analysis, the secondary and quarterback appear to be primary concerns.

In my latest mock draft, which prioritizes needs on the defensive end, I address holes in the secondary with what I believe are two interesting selections.

I did fail to address the quarterback position in my mock draft, but I stand by my selections and believe I chose the best available options in each imaginary round. This is just one story though.

There is certainly a lot to consider in this KC Chiefs news cycle. The secondary has lost a significant amount of talent this offseason. It will be interesting to see how Dorsey responds to this talent void.

If Dorsey decides not to address these roster holes through the rest of free agency, then he will be forced to draft a cornerback and/or safety in this upcoming draft.
