The Chiefs are getting set for a key matchup on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers, and it sounds like there are no new injuries to report.

While Hollywood Brown and Isiah Pacheco are still on the shelf, head coach Andy Reid told reporters that all 53 players on the active roster participated in practice on Wednesday. Considering how many injuries Los Angeles is dealing with on top of the Derwin James suspension, Kansas City has a clear advantage.

Kareem Hunt will make his long-awaited return too, so the Chiefs are in a great position to dominate their AFC West rival.

Chiefs Have No New Injuries Ahead of Week 4 vs. Chargers

After a three-game gauntlet to start the year, the Chiefs' schedule is about to lighten a bit. The Chargers are banged up, the Saints have Derek Carr and don't inspire much confidence despite their hot start, then Kansas City gets a bye.

They'll be overwhelmingly favored to get to 5-0, then things get interesting with a Week 7 Super Bowl rematch against the 49ers. The other top teams in the AFC have struggled, aside from the Bills, so it's hard to imagine a better beginning to the campaign for the Chiefs.

FanDuel Sportsbook currently has Kansas City favored by 7.5 points, likely an indication that Herbert can't suit up. He claims he's planning to, but that could just be gamesmanship. Even if he does play, Herbert's mobility will be limited by the high ankle sprain he suffered.

The Chiefs have no excuses on Sunday. They're the healthier team with the better roster. We should see them roll over Jim Harbaugh's squad in a resounding win.
