Mizzou football is on a two-game winning streak and sit at 3-5 on the year. While no one is clamoring for this team to do anything worth talking about, a bowl game seems possible now.

Okay, so their three wins this year have come against non-conference teams, but hey… Wins are wins, right? The Tigers schedule was pretty jam packed early on, but the wins should come easier as they near the end of the season.

Next up are the Florida Gators, who are not very good this year. They’re coming off a 42-7 thumping to the Georgia Bulldogs and will be looking to get back on the right track. Florida has disappointed this year, but they’ll be determined to knock off Mizzou next week.

It hasn’t been the type of season that fans were hoping for, but there are flashes of positivity in these last two games. The offense can be really good, but they have to start performing that way in big games and not just against non-conference foes.

With a light schedule on the horizon, don’t sleep on these Tigers to potentially make a bowl game. All it takes is three more wins in their last four games, all of whom are beatable.
