KC Chiefs news revolves around the bad loss to the Titans on Sunday and what that loss means for the Chiefs’ playoff hopes.
It’s amazing how quickly fans can go from loving the Kansas City Chiefs to hating them. That happened in the span of a week, when Chiefs fans went from loving life to hating life in ten days.
The KC Chiefs had the second seed in the AFC playoffs until they faltered to the Tennessee Titans in a last second loss. The loss not only meant they didn’t clinch a playoff spot, but also dropped them down to the fifth seed in the playoff picture.
Being a five-seed means no first round bye, no home playoff game, and having to travel to play the AFC South winner in the Wild Card round. Well, as of now, that is.

While this loss is a tough one to swallow, the Kansas City Chiefs have pulled out some pretty crazy wins this season. Their record is still 10-4 and they only have to win one more game to clinch a playoff spot for the second straight season. Things could be worse for sure.

Should the Chiefs lose both of those games, then a playoff spot isn’t a guarantee. They just need one more win to clinch a spot in the postseason and can likely knock the Broncos out this weekend should Kansas City reign victorious in that game.
Losses are always tough no matter how they happen, but this game just felt like one that the Chiefs normally win. The ball didn’t bounce their way though and in the end, they fell short of winning a game they normally would have pulled out at the moment it mattered the most.
