A lot is going to happen to influence the KC Chiefs’ draft needs between now and the draft.

The Chiefs haven’t even entered into the free agency period yet to know who is going to stay and who is going to go. They haven’t figured out what free agents from other teams that they might be able to add on the cheap.

The Chiefs have cap room to work with and hopefully Berry’s long-term deal, should one be agreed upon, will be flexible enough to free up even more space. The Chiefs are going to need some money to re-sign some of their pending departures.

Until all of the moving parts have settled over the next few weeks, it’s impossible to predict the Chiefs’ biggest needs. While it’s a little premature to be placing the Chiefs’ future in the hands of these potential draft picks, it’s still fun to speculate.
