Mizzou Football: Good, Bad, Ugly VS Florida Gators

The Ugly: Missouri’s Offensive Line
Ah, the ol’ “Big Uglies” are this week’s worst players. It wasn’t supposed to be this way. This front line has four seniors on it, including multiple returning starters from last year. Center Evan Boehm is on the Remington Trophy watch list for the best center in the country.
Despite all those positives, the Tigers’ offensive line has been nothing but negative these last few weeks, and it was even more apparent on Saturday. Despite their ‘talent’ and ‘experience’, this group was beaten by the Gators’ defensive line in almost every place. While Lock was ONLY sacked four times, he was hurried dozens more, which let to hurried throws, bad passes and interceptions.
Evan Boehm is a captain on this team. Boehm is a potential Day 2 pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, but it looks like Boehm may be thinking about late April more than he is thinking about the Gator defensive tackle in front of him.
Maybe they will start this Saturday against the Bulldogs of Georgia, who are coming off a disappointing loss of their own.
