Start ‘Em #1
Derek Carr has had a very good season so far with the addition of Michael Crabtree via free agency and Amari Cooper via the NFL Draft, as the Raiders succeeded in giving him possibly one of the best young receiver duos in the entire NFL.

Carr has shown to be accurate and willing to throw the ball down the field, and he’s led the Raiders to a somewhat surprising 2-1 record.
In Week 4, Carr and the Raiders have a matchup with arguably the worst team in the NFL in the Chicago Bears. The Bears are not only struggling on offense, but defense as well, and Carr should be able to take advantage.
Look for Cooper and Crabtree to have big games as I see the Raiders improving to 3-1 in a rout of Da Bears.
Consider Carr a solid #1 quarterback this week because of his favorable matchup, but I wouldn’t get in the habit of starting him regularly just yet.
