Week 4 of the 2015 NFL season is here, and that means it’s time to look at those fantasy football lineups. This is my Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em article where I help you make some tough lineup decisions, whether that means starting a player that normally doesn’t start for your team, or benching a player that is normally in your starting lineup.

Here are my Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em picks from last week (Week 3). To get to Week 4’s start/sit picks just go to the next slide of the article or click the link at the end of the first slide.

Last Week’s Start ‘Em

87. . RB. Carolina Panthers. Jonathan Stewart. 5. player

Stewart struggled again for the third straight game in his first season as a featured back in the NFL. He had 14 carries for just over 50 yards rushing and showed again that he may not be capable of being a primary starting running back at this level.

The Panthers went up against a lackluster New Orleans Saints defense that has not been able to stop the run for the majority of season’s first three weeks.

I thought this would be the game where he finally broke out and prove that he is a capable and talented back, but it may almost be that time to wonder if he ever will.

If you played him in Week 3, you probably regretted it.

. RB. Indianapolis Colts. Frank Gore. 4. player. 46

After facing two of the NFL’s top run defenses in the Buffalo Bill and the New York Jets, Gore finally got a break in his schedule when the Colts met the Titans in Week 3.

Gore was very good in Week 3, gaining nearly 100 yards and getting into the endzone twice against the Titans.

Quarterback Andrew Luck surprisingly struggled early, and Gore picked up most of the slack and really got back on his fantasy owner’s good side with a very solid performance.

Last Week’s Sit ‘Em

DeMarco Murray. 3. player. 54. . RB. Philadelphia Eagles

DeMarco Murray ended up not playing in Week 3 due to a hamstring injury.

He is listed as probable for Week 4.

2. player. 28. . WR. Oakland Raiders. Amari Cooper

I thought the Raiders’ matchup with Joe Haden and the Cleveland Browns defense would mean poor production for both Cooper and teammate Michael Crabtree in Week 3, but I was very wrong.

Haden has been known to be one of the top 2 or 3 cornerbacks in the league, but has so far struggled this season and was absolutely abused by Cooper, who had more than 130 yards receiving.

Cooper has turned into a solid fantasy option already and should be considered starter-worthy until further notice despite a tough matchup.

1. player. 59. . QB. Miami Dolphins. Ryan Tannehill

Tannehill had a decent game against a stiff Buffalo Bills team, but got most of his numbers and overall fantasy production in garbage time, long after the Bills had won the game.

Tannehill was pretty bad early in the game, turning over the ball multiple times and having negative points at halftime in standard-scoring leagues.

If you started him, you got lucky that he got the points that he did, because it could have been much worse.

Here are your Week 4’s Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em selections.
