3 Chiefs Who MUST Get More Playing Time to Crush Packers in Week 13
By Joe Summers
3. Leo Chenal - LB
Despite Nick Bolton's impending return from the Injured Reserve list, Chenal looks like an emerging stud and should get more opportunities to prove his mettle.
Kansas City's third-round pick last year has fared well when on the field, totaling 44 tackles and three sacks on the season, including at least one sack in two of his last three outings.
He had 10 tackles and a sack against the Broncos while getting his most playing time of the campaign and I'm curious to see what he'd look like against this Green Bay offense.
Bolton won't play this week but could return soon. This may be one of the last opportunities for Chenal to earn a substantial amount of playing time on the stretch run and he's earned it.
It's easy to imagine next year's defense led by guys like Trent McDuffie, George Karlaftis and even Chenal. Fingers crossed he gets a chance to show out in Week 13.
