2. Mike Danna - DE

I love everything about Danna's performance this season and think he's earned a long look at an extension.

The 2020 fifth-round pick out of Michigan is forcing Brett Veach to reconsider the plans for the defensive line, emerging this year with 35 tackles, 5.5 sacks and 12 pressures despite inconsistent playing time.

Against a tough backfield featuring Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon, Danna's prowess in the run game could be a huge boost for the defense overall.

Look at him push the offensive lineman into the backfield to help blow up this running play from Josh Jacobs. That's the exact kind of effort that'll help dominate a creative Packers offense.

Danna saw 69% of the defensive snaps last week but continually pops when he's on the field. Even if it comes at Charles Omenihu's expense, I want Danna playing.

I trust Steve Spagnuolo to keep the guys fresh, though Danna is one of the better players on the unit and deserves more time.

There's one more defensive player that's earned more snaps, as you'll see on the final page.
