Marquise "Hollywood" Brown's long-awaited Chiefs debut seems like it's right around the corner and the first video has officially emerged of him working out at Kansas City's training facility as he nears return from injury.

Reports have grown increasingly optimistic over the last week, with one suggesting Brown could debut as soon as Christmas Day against the Steelers.

Once his 21-day practice window is activated, we'll have a definitive timeline. Based on the video Brown posted, that day is approaching quickly.

This isn't a definitive declaration that Brown is about to return, though it's certainly a step in the right direction. Kansas City's offense has clearly missed the skillset that he brings to the offense, with continued struggles at receiver despite rookie Xavier Worthy's promise.

Brown underwhelmed with the Cardinals, largely due to that offense's respective struggles when Kyler Murray was hurt, but we saw Brown post a 1,000-yard campaign with six TDs in Baltimore in 2021. He had 15 combined TDs over his first two seasons, so the talent is there to help transform the Chiefs' aerial attack.

There's reason to believe the best version of Kansas City has yet to come. Isiah Pacheco is due back this week to form an excellent one-two punch in the backfield with Kareem Hunt. Noah Gray has emerged as a weapon, DeAndre Hopkins is still getting comfortable, and now Brown will soon be back.

Even with Rashee Rice done for the year, it's an exciting time to think about the possibilities. Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce are still the focal points of the offense, but the rash of injuries the team suffered are finally beginning to subside.

Provided the defense finds its footing again, this team should be considered favorites to win the Super Bowl for a third consecutive season. As it stands, the Chiefs have the second-best odds in the NFL and best in the AFC at +500 to hoist the Lombardi Trophy over at FanDuel Sportsbook.
