2. DeAndre Hopkins, WR
Despite spending 12 seasons in the NFL, Sunday's Chiefs-Eagles showdown will mark DeAndre Hopkins' Super Bowl debut. The 32-year-old playmaker had never played beyond the Division Round before this postseason, leaving Kansas City fans excited to see what he can do in New Orleans.
Hopkins was one of Mahomes' most trusted receivers after arriving from the Tennessee Titans before the trade deadline. The former Clemson Tiger suited up for 10 regular-season games down the stretch, turning 41 catches into 437 receiving yards and four touchdowns, providing the Chiefs' WR room with some consistency that it desperately needed.
Although that's a solid performance, Hopkins has since disappeared in the playoffs. The five-time Pro Bowl wideout only played 18 total offensive snaps in the Chiefs' first two postseason outings, only hauling in one ball on three targets for an 11-yard gain.
Hopefully, Hopkins gets out of his head so that he can help the Chiefs win a third straight Super Bowl. Even if he's no longer in his prime, the veteran pass-catcher has proven that he's still good enough to make an impact when it matters the most.
With fans of every team he previously played for cheering him on, look for Hopkins to rise to the occasion in his debut.
