Fantasy Football 2019: Start Em, Sit Em for Week 13
Here are some other players to consider starting and sitting for week 13 of the fantasy football season.
START ‘EM
- Quarterback – Kirk Cousins vs Seahawks
- Running Back – Miles Sanders vs Dolphins
- Wide Receiver – DeVante Parker vs Eagles
- Tight End – Jack Doyle vs Titans
- Defense/Special Teams – Los Angeles vs Broncos
SIT ‘EM
- Quarterback – Daniel Jones vs Packers
- Running Back – David Johnson vs Rams
- Wide Receiver – Tyrell Williams vs Chiefs
- Tight End – Noah Fant vs Chargers
- Defense/Special Teams – Kansas City vs Raiders
With the Start ‘Ems, Cousins has been on a hot streak lately and the Seahawks defense, despite how well they’ve done in fantasy lately, are vulnerable for sure. Sanders is hit or miss, but the Dolphins are bad against the run, so he’s worth plugging in as a Flex option.

Parker has gone unnoticed these past few weeks, but he’s done well for a bad team. Doyle is a good tight end option moving forward with Eric Ebron hitting the IR. Lastly, the Chargers defense gets the task of playing a Broncos team with either a rookie quarterback or a guy whose making just his third start in the pros.
Looking at my Sit ‘Ems, Jones isn’t a good option to start, especially with the bye weeks being over with now. Johnson has disappeared for Arizona, so why start him? Williams might have a hard time finding the end zone against the Chiefs suddenly improved secondary.
Fant, as mentioned before, will have a rookie or third time starter throwing to him, so he’s not a reliable starting option in fantasy this weekend. The last time we saw them, the Chiefs defense forced four turnovers, but the Raiders offense doesn’t turn the ball over much, so it could be tough for KC to rack up points in that department this weekend.
Best of luck everyone! If you’re starting the playoffs this week, hopefully you’re back and reading again next week!
