Here are some other options to start and to sit in fantasy football for week nine.

START ‘EM

SIT ‘EM

With the Start ‘Ems, Brissett has come back down to earth recently and the Steelers defense has improved since their week one shellacking. Henry has been hit or miss this season, but did you see the 49ers run all over Carolina last week? Henry could potentially do that this weekend.

Williams looked good in his return last week and gets a banged up Lions secondary in week nine. Brate filled in for O.J. Howard last week and despite not doing well, he has a favorable match-up against Seattle this weekend. Lastly, I’d use caution when starting anyone Jets related, but if you’re ever going to start their defense, now is the time to do it.

Looking at the Sit ‘Ems, Trubisky has proven he’s not a reliable starting option this year. McCoy has fumbling issues and I’d stay as far away as possible from starting any Chiefs running backs. Brown has a tough match-up against the Patriots secondary.

Witten has been a disappointment in his return season. Lastly, avoid the Steelers defense against the Colts this week. They can make plays, but this just isn’t a great match-up for them, as Indy doesn’t turn the ball over.
