SIT ‘EM FOR WEEK NINE

Kenyan Drake, RB, Arizona Cardinals

More from KC Kingdom

Are you a David Johnson or Chase Edmonds owner looking to manufacture points with both players potentially being out? Well, do not think Kenyan Drake can just step in and be productive right away.

I believe in the talent of Drake. This week, however, circumstances could be horrendous. Drake just arrived to the scene in Arizona, having been traded just a few days ago. It is a short week, so he barely has any time to get acquainted to the playbook, and the 49ers are a ferocious defense that could shut down most established running backs.

Stay away from Drake this week. Me saying all this means he will, of course, have around 20 points and be a top RB.

Robbie Gould, K, San Francisco 49ers

Robbie Gould is a weekly reliable fantasy option, but the 49ers should be scoring touchdowns, not kicking field goals. Look elsewhere for kicking help here. Gould will probably hit on four extra points and a field goal, limiting his overall fantasy value.

Best of luck this week, fantasy footballers!
