START ‘EM
- Quarterback – Ben Roethlisberger vs Seahawks
- Running Back – Kerryon Johnson vs Chargers
- Wide Receiver – Tyrell Williams vs Chiefs
- Tight End – Delanie Walker vs Colts
- Defense/Special Teams – Houston vs Jaguars
SIT ‘EM
- Quarterback – Mitchell Trubisky vs Broncos
- Running Back – Kenyan Drake vs Patriots
- Wide Receiver – Robby Anderson vs Browns (MNF)
- Tight End – Eric Ebron vs Titans
- Defense/Special Teams – New Orleans vs Rams
Diving into these real quick – With the Start ‘Em options, Big Ben should be able to bounce back from a rough outing last week against a Seahawks defense that was gauged by Andy Dalton, of all people. The Chargers run defense was putrid against the run in week one, meaning Kerryon Johnson should make his presence known for Detroit.
Tyrell Williams will have a field day against the Chiefs secondary. Delanie Walker looked as good as he did pre-injury and now gets a nice match-up against Indy. The Texans defense is a nice play against a Jaguars offense with a backup rookie quarterback taking the snaps.
For the Sit ‘Em candidates, Mitchell Trubisky might struggle to move the ball against the Broncos D. Kenyon Drake is unfortunate to play on a tanking team and even more unfortunate to play against the Super Bowl favorites. It’s doubtful the Dolphins will be running the ball much this week due to playing from behind the entire game.
Robby Anderson has a tough match-up against the Browns on Monday Night Football and will be without his starting quarterback. Eric Ebron not only has to share snaps with Jack Doyle, but the Titans proved to be a good defense last week, shutting up that apparent “lethal” Browns offense. Lastly, the Saints defense left a lot of guys wide open last week and now have a tough go of it in Los Angeles against the Rams.
Best of luck in week two, fantasy football owners! Hopefully you’re 2-0 after all is said and done!
