SIT ‘EM FOR WEEK ONE

Bears Defense

This one may come as a shock to some. I am a big advocate of streaming defenses based off match-ups,  and this appears to be a bad match-up for the Bears. Last year, the Bears Defense scored 16 points against the Packers in weeks one and eight points in week 15.

More from KC Kingdom

Sixteen points seems like a lot, but when you consider Deshone Kizer was the one throwing the pick six that led to eight points on one play, the Bears only scored eight points off of Aaron Rodgers. That is less than ideal.

Jimmy Graham, TE, Packers

Jimmy Graham scored nine fantasy points against Chicago last year. That’s nine total. As in 4.5 per game. As in, please don’t play him. Just, don’t do it. (And now because I was so low on him, he will obviously go off for 20 Thursday night. The Fantasy God’s hate me.)

Eddy Pineiro, K, Bears

I would love to just go to the tape on this one, but for copyright reasons, I can’t. So just trust me when I say that an Eddy Pineiro kick has as much of a chance as going to the sideline as it does as through an upright. Will he have a bad game Thursday night? Who knows. Maybe he goes off. But there are so many other kicking choices available that I would avoid Peneiro early on.
