SIT ‘EM

Let’s look at the Start ‘Ems. I like Big Ben even against a Saints defense that has held its own over the past few weeks. He has struggled on the road throughout his career, but the Saints secondary is vulnerable to good quarterbacks.

Jamaal Williams will get the bulk of the carries now with Aaron Jones out of the action. That makes him a must-start against a not so great Jets run D. Alshon Jeffery and Nick Foles clearly have chemistry and Foles is starting again this week for the Eagles in a must-win game.

Austin Hooper should find the end zone against a Panthers team that struggles against the tight end position. The Colts defense is coming off a shutout of the Cowboys and now get a Giants team, who was also shut out last week. Hmm.

As for the Sit ‘Ems, Matthew Stafford has his work cut out for him against a tough Vikings D. Matt Breida won’t do much damage against a dominant Bears run defense. D.J. Moore is now a Flex option at best with Cam Newton not suiting up for the rest of the season.

Vernon Davis probably isn’t going to muster up much production against a very talented Titans defense. Lastly, the Seahawks defense might have home field advantage on Sunday night against  the Chiefs, but no one has been able to shut Patrick Mahomes and that offense down yet.

If this is the final week of your fantasy football league, then best of luck to all of you! If, however, your league plays in week 17 as well, then hopefully you get to the title game!
