Well, this is a stinker of a game, but, like all football games, there are fantasy football implications to it.

More from KC Kingdom

The Broncos aren’t great offensively and that starts (and ends) with Case Keenum, who is a prime Sit ‘Em candidate this week. Keenum has been lousy in his new environment, only scoring more than 20 points in fantasy once this season (that came against the Jets when he was forced to air it out due to being so far behind).

On the other sideline, Josh Rosen hasn’t been much better as the starting signal caller, but at least the rookie out of UCLA has an excuse. He’s literally making his fourth start ever and the room for improvement is definitely there. Rosen has potential, but he’s another prime Sit ‘Em candidate this week.

The position players are the bigger names to watch this week, as rookie Phillip Lindsay and Emmanuel Sanders should make waves for the blue and orange on Thursday. Ricky Seals-Jones is another decent option to start and is one of the better tight ends of the league. It’ll all be about if Rosen can connect with him or not (they did okay last week, as RSJ totaled over 11 points in ESPN leagues).

My other Sit ‘Em option, aside from the two quarterbacks, was Larry the Legend Fitzgerald, who isn’t having his typical season. He’s notched double digit fantasy points just once this year and that came in week one of the season.

Hopefully this advice serves all of you well. Best of luck!
