The time is getting close for Romeo Langford to make his school decision. The Kansas Jayhawks are definitely wanting this kid to play for them.

On April 30th, the Kansas Jayhawks will know if they have either landed phenom Romeo Langford or they will have to win the title without him. All of Kansas and their fans would rather see Langford in a Kansas uniform of course.

Since the last article on Langford came out, he’s managed to put on a few shows around the country. Now the world waits for his decision. Vanderbilt, Kansas, and Indiana all wait impatiently for him to choose.

More from KC Kingdom

If Langford chooses the Jayhawks he may be the best one and done player Kansas has ever seen. There is literally nothing missing in his arsenal. He can shoot from everywhere on the floor, dribble with the best of them, drive the basket with ease and smoothness, and he can shoot from beyond the arc.

It’s now impossible to talk about recruitment without mentioning the FBI investigation so, I mentioned it. In all seriousness, as long as the news is foggy as to what is going on and who is involved the investigation can’t help the teams that have been mentioned. Although it appears that Kansas is somewhat in the clear, as the last FBI report mentioned the University of Kansas as victims. Victims usually don’t get punished.

If you are a Kansas basketball fan, now would be a great time to make your own personal push to Romeo Langford to come to Kansas and win a title.

The video above is of the 2018 Nike Hoops Summit. You may notice Kansas commit Quentin Grimes have himself a pretty good game.

Depending on who you listen to, it seems as if the decision will come between Indiana and Kansas. Indiana is his home school of course. The push to get schools to sign Langford has reached the NBA as well as the fast food business with a local Taco Bell making its public push.

Either way, in less than two weeks the world will know. Whoever lands Langford will be getting one of the most well-rounded freshmen to ever play collegiate ball.
