Fortunately, Wentzâs final throw sailed out of the back of the end zone and the KC Chiefs held on for the W. Theyâre now 2-0 on the season and have beaten two really good football teams.
Andy Reid took down his former team and wiped the smug look off of Doug Pedersonâs face, who was returning to Arrowhead for the first time since taking the Eagles head coaching position. Reid didnât skip a beat against his former employer and his team made him proud on Sunday.
Next up for the Kansas City Chiefs are the Los Angeles Chargers, who always find ways to lose narrow games. The Chargers are 0-2, already in the basement of the best division in football. Theyâll be looking to get their first win of the year in front of their two fans in the StubHub Center next weekend.
With two games in the books, we can safely say that the Kansas City Chiefs are one of the best teams in the league, and itâs not even close.
