Kansas State Football: All-Time Leaders in Rushing Yards
It’s been fun watching the K-State football program become more and more of a rushing attack over the past few decades. From Darren Sproles to John Hubert to Daniel Thomas to the quarterbacks like Collin Klein and Ell Roberson, the Cats are always capable of breaking off a big play with their legs.

Bill Snyder has a type when it comes to his offense and his type is that it be a legitimate running the football down the opposition’s throat kind of team. His last three quarterbacks have been further proof of that as Collin Klein, Jake Waters, and Jesse Ertz have been dual-threat quarterbacks.
Seeing Klein and Roberson appear on this list goes to show just how good of runners quarterbacks can be, especially at the collegiate level and especially at Kansas State. Ertz rushed for over 1,000 yards last season and if he has an impressive senior season, could definitely be appearing on this list in the next year.

What do you think, K-State fans? Do any of these entries surprise you or do they seem about right? Do you think Jesse Ertz will knock off some of the lower ranked guys with a good 2017 season?
Obviously that’s the hope, but it’d be great to see the Kansas State Wildcats back on top in the Big 12 again! EMAW!
